6. AMScenes accepts no responsibility derived from the incorrect use of the contents of the Web and reserves the right to update them whenever it chooses, delete them and limit or block access to them, either temporarily or definitively.

By completing all the steps described for the process to purchase the user wholly and expressly accepts these general conditions.

11. The user is solely responsible for the veracity of the information he/she enters in the purchase procedure, and accepts the obligation of providing true, accurate and complete information. If the user does not comply with this obligation, it will be under his/her own responsibility to answer to the possible damages produced to the portal or a third party. 12. The service offered on the Web www.amscenes.com is for an indefinite period of time. Nevertheless, AMScenes is authorised to terminate or suspend the service at any time, without prejudice to what is stated on this matter in the corresponding general conditions. Whenever reasonably possible, the portal will notify in advance the termination or suspension of the service.

13. The user submits, with express renouncement of any other jurisdiction, to the courts of the city of Córdoba (Spain). These General Conditions are governed by Spanish Law. Both parties recognise that the legislation applicable to this contract, and to all the legal relations arising from it, will be the Spanish legislation, by express application of what is stated in article 1.262 of the Spanish Civil Code, as regards what is stated in Chapter IV, of the Preliminary Title of the same legal body.

14. Certain pages on the AMScenes website make use of cookies - small data files which are generated by the customer’s computer and which allow our computer systems to remember the website the customer has selected, or other of his / her characteristics or preferences. These cookies are neither harmful nor invasive, nor do they contain information of a personal nature.
